Operational Guideline on Minimum Initial Service Package for Reproductive Health

Indonesia, due to its geographical areas, faces high risks of natural disasters that adversely affect reproductive health services, particularly for women and girls.  The Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP) addresses these challenges by providing integrated sexual and reproductive health services in crisis situations. This guideline, developed in 2014 and updated in 2018, ensures the adaptability to Indonesia's context. The revised guideline incorporates lessons from the 2018 Central Sulawesi disaster. Coordination efforts aim to enhance the well-being of women and girls during health crises. This guide facilitates structured and coordinated implementation of the MISP under the Reproductive Health sub-cluster and broader Health Cluster coordination, ensuring priority reproductive health services meet minimum standards in disaster responses.
