UNFPA Indonesia celebrated the achievements of six dedicated staff members who reached their 10-year anniversary with the agency in 2015. UNFPA Indonesia celebrated the milestone 10-year anniversary of six dedicated staff members by hosting a special ceremony to honour their esteemed service.

 

“The successful growth of UNFPA over the past few decades is the direct result of our strongest assets – our highly-valued staff members,” explained Mr. Jose Ferraris, UNFPA Indonesia Representative.

 

“Their dedication and commitment serves as a vital link in the chain, which drives our organization. Just as we need to recruit new talent, we also need to nurture staff, develop their skills and maintain institutional knowledge.”

 

All six staff members received a certificate of appreciation from UNFPA Executive Director Dr. Babatunde Osotimehin and a custom-engraved pen.

 

The staff members who celebrated their milestone anniversary with UNFPA Indonesia are:

  • Ms. Melanie Hidayat, National Programme Officer for Reproductive Health
  • Mr. Richard Makalew, National Programme Officer for Population and Development

  • Mr. Restu Susanta, Administrative Associate
  • Mr. Mochamad Achdiyat, Senior Driver
