  • Advance degree in public health, or relevant social sciences
  • Knowledge in health system related to reproductive health programme and its human resources issues, in particular the midwifery workforce
  • Extensive experience in management and/ or education of human resources of health, preferably on midwifery
  • Sound knowledge on the policy and regulations of health workforce, with strong emphasis on midwifery
  • At least 5 years working experience in health development fields related to reproductive, maternal, and child health
  • Proven experience working with government, INGO, and UN agencies is an advantage
  • Good command in Bahasa and English
  • Good writing skill is an added value
